Tor’ang Wehir is a Songluan film and television actress, best known for her performance in Chains of Silk, the infamous erotic thriller which became a surprise box office hit.

Co-starring singer/song-writer and former member
of EMPIRE, Ilyas Atov, and the well-known actress Radoon O Miendagh (Kill Thrill, Dangerous, Dead Things), Wehir portrays the enigmatic dominatrix who toys with a married couple (Atov and O Miendagh) that wanted to spice things up and got more than they bargained for.

Wehir got her first role in the independently produced movie Strings Attached while she was studying for her Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University in Koben. A year later, she featured in the movie Dead Things, which was her first time working with O Miendagh, playing a destitute writer trying to survive in a world overrun by the living dead.

Dead Things marked her move into the big leagues, and she signed with ALV Agency soon after it was released.

Since then, she’s become well known as a character actress, doing serious research for her roles. Her spectacular performance in Chancellor, as the movie’s titular character, earned her a Victor nomination for best actress. She was nominated again, for supporting actress this time, after her role in Kill Thrill.

For her role in Chains of Silk, rumors claim she spent several months working as a dominatrix in order to properly portray the character known only as “Mistress” in the movie. True or not, she’s certainly been rocking the dark leather style since!

Recently Wehir confirmed her participation in the upcoming sixth season of Game of Castles. This will be a recurring role, say the producers, potentially continuing into the next season.

Currently single, the actress has been seen with a number of other A-listers since her rise to fame.
